Si2Partners is supporting the the next Service Community Event which will be held at Konica Minolta Business Solutions Central London office in Chancery Lane on the 17th October starting at 13.00 with a finish around 17.00.
We will follow the usual community agenda where the focus is on sharing and discussing experiences. At the mid way point there will also be an extended break to allow networking and more informal discussions.

- Ged Cranny: Head of Service and Konica Minolta will share his experiences on Konica Services journey and in particular how he has used new technologies to enhance service delivery
- Richard Russell: Currently providing interim management and consultancy, Richard will talk about of how to set up effective contracts within service businesses. Previously Richard held a number of senior management positions with Bombardier Transportation in their Services division, Knorr-Bremse, BAE and London Underground. Having held positions such as Director Contract & Claims to Head of Procurement, Richard is well placed to explain the pitfalls for developing contracts for contracting and services procurement
- Christian Nolte: Until recently VP Global Service Excellence at Diebold Nixdorf, Christian will share his insights into how to move from local service operations to working internationally within a common operating framework. These insights are based on his experiences as the Director of Global Field Service for Wincor Nixdorf, leading an organisation of 3500 engineers in over 40 countries.
- John Burn: Independent Advisor at Hennik Edge part of The Manufacture magazine will share his thoughts on how BREXIT will impact service businesses in the UK. John is a very experienced Programme Manager and expert in ERP implementations, but who has more recently been deeply involved in advising many businesses on mitigating the impact of BREXIT on their businesses. This will be very much a discussion session.
