Now that many countries are leaving lockdowns and easing restrictions it’s time to talk about what’s next for the service business.

“It is good to talk” is the message that we keep getting back from Service Leaders Network, so we will be holding a monthly SLN “open” round table discussion.  Now that many markets in Europe are starting to slowly move again, our first topic will be around how Service Leaders are “Leaving Lock-Down” to be held on the 5th June at 13.30 CEST. This will be an opportunity to share your experiences, clarify your thoughts and test out ideas with your peers from a range of industrial companies. The types of challenges we are starting to see are:

  • How to manage Service Capacity as demand rises
  • How to consolidate digital tools such as video conferencing and remote into how we do things
  • Re-integration of furloughed or temporarily unemployed staff back into the business
  • Generating new service revenues to survive
  • Maximising Service Contributions
  • Keeping people motivated and focussed

To ensure a balanced open discussion, it will be facilitated by Nick Frank and Julia Moeller from Si2 and limited to a maximum of 10 people. To register please use this link

Also going forward we will be holding a set of Expert Experience exchanges on a variety of topics from “service pricing” to “service for company recovery”.  We will keep you posted through the Service In Industry Hub site.

If there are topics and discussions you would like covered, please do not hesitate to contact Julia Möller at julia.moeller@si2partners.com, and we will see what we can do.
