This SLN experience exchange has been designed to help service managers demystify the process of incorporating advanced analytics into their service business.

We will hear a case study from Iain Croseley from XpertRule on how a major technology business uses advanced analytics to triage service issues with their service partners. Iain is not just an expert on Data Solutions in industry. Previously he was MD of an international specialist equipment manufacturer where he championed the development of an industry-leading Service Analytics Solution for his customer base. These experiences make Iain uniquely positioned to help service leaders understand the practical steps they can take to implement advanced analytics.

Following the presentation, Si2’s Nick Frank will facilitate smaller group discussions where attendees can exchange experiences with peers, as well as have the opportunity to ask more detailed questions of Iain.

In the final part of the sessions, we will come together and summarise the key learnings from the experience exchange.

The event will run for approximately 90 minutes and it is expected that all attendees will have access to a microphone, webcam, and good bandwidth.

To enable quality conversations the experience exchange will be limited to 15 attendees.
