Si2 Partners is offering a series of mini web conferences -we call them virtual experience exchanges- on managing service during the COVID-19 pandemic.
For context see Post: Managing Service in the COVID-19 Crisis
The purpose of the conferences is to share experiences, answer questions and brainstorm ideas for dealing effectively with the situation. In these trying times nobody has all the answers, but collectively new ideas may be generated and solutions to problems found.
The size of the conferences will be small -not more than 12 people – so that everybody can have a chance to ask questions and express opinions. Some of the topics addressed may be general, others may be more specific. Duration will be flexible between 60 and 90 minutes depending on interest and intensity of the discussion. Language will be English. Participation is free of charge.
We have planned the third web conference for April 16/2020 at 15:30 CET. The focus will be on why service contracts are important: Now during the crisis and immediately afterwards. A number of issues are key here:
– How to deliver on service contracts and SLAs during the crisis (capacity constraints, restrictions)
– How to leverage service contracts to form tighter relationships with customers from the point of view of risk management
-How to price service contracts that are delivered remotely. How to sell technology-based services on value
If you would like to register, please fill in the registration form and we will send you an invite. If you would like to comment, suggest topics of interest or propose ideas please email julia.moeller@si2partners.com
